Shipping Policy
Coverage: We offer pan-India shipping for our exclusive limited drop collection.
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a ₹250 handling fee paid during delivery. Prepayment mandatorily required for orders over Rs 10,000/- in value.
Shipping Charges: Free for orders above ₹2,000.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
House of Sannidhi accepts returns or exchanges only in the form of a credit note / store code.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Made-to-order, customised, personalised, or bespoke pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale items and discounted purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Kindly mention your order number, reason for return, and share clear images of the product.
Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
CREDIT NOTE / STORE CODE

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a credit note or unique store code will be issued.

The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Credit notes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred.

Credit notes can be used only on www.houseofsannidhi.com.

Any price difference for exchanged items must be paid by the customer.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share images clearly showing the issue.

After verification, we will issue a credit note or replacement, at our discretion.
Claims raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

Return shipping costs are borne by the brand.

Customer will borne the cost if the above return policy is not adhered to.

House of Sannidhi is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are strictly non-returnable:

FINAL DECISION
All returns and exchanges are subject to final approval by House of Sannidhi.
The brand reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
