Shipping Policy

Coverage: We offer pan-India shipping for our exclusive limited drop collection.

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a ₹100 handling fee paid during delivery.

Shipping Charges: Free for orders above ₹2,000.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging 

Initiating a Return: Contact us at orders@houseofsannidhi.com or +91 93983 78465 to start the process. We can provide returns only with its fits the above criteria.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges & Refunds: Due to our limited collections, we offer exchanges or store credit for returns. Refunds are not provided currently. Can be provided at sole discretion of brand. 

Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon reception. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution.
